Sandra and Mario’s wedding was a first for me.  I’ve shot many different kinds of weddings in southeast texas, but this was my first wedding of the Hispanic culture.  It was an amazing experience!  Totally into it!! YES!

We began shooting at her sister-in-law’s home and grabbed a few quick shots.  But as with almost all weddings, challenges began occurring for the bridal party, a secondary role of wedding photographers kicked in: emergency management!!! Broken zippers, lost buttons, skinned knees, lost items . . . you name it, wedding photographers have encountered it!  Thankfully, my wife and kids help me out tremendously, and we managed to help get things back on track quickly and resumed shooting.  YAY!!!

With full mariachi at the wedding and reception, this wedding was definitely one to remember! The pictures turned out beautifully, and I was so glad to have been a part of their wedding day!
